Without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip was the visit to the winery «Cambrian». In this magical place, surrounded by a spectacular environment, we had the privilege of tasting wines made with the hidden grape «rufete». The winery's expert team transmitted their passion for the production process to us and guided us in a gastronomic pairing experience that awakened all our senses. It was a journey through flavors and aromas that transported us to another dimension where the art of winemaking is combined with ancestral mastery.
